I am Tushar Banerjee, a digital media professional working with a mainstream media house in Noida. My role blends content leadership, strategy and technology to shape how millions engage with news and stories every day. Over the years, I have built a reputation for creating accelerated growth paths for digital businesses, with a sharp focus on innovation, analytics, and audience engagement.

I specialise in designing and executing strategies that bring together editorial excellence and business results. My areas of expertise include AI-led digital transformation, content strategy, influencer marketing, product innovation, and alternate revenue models. Working closely with partners like Google, Meta, and Amazon, I have scaled engagement, built monetisation models, and created impactful digital products.

I have spearheaded projects that combine editorial storytelling with cutting-edge technology, unlocking newer ways to build engagement, with Google documenting a case study on our initiatives. From launching premium membership products to driving large-scale editorial campaigns, my work has always aimed at balancing creativity with measurable impact.

Academic Roots

My academic journey has been a blend of communication, digital strategy, and monetisation. I pursued my post graduation in Mass Communication at Banaras Hindu University (BHU), where I built a strong foundation in storytelling, media studies, and journalism. This early grounding in communication sharpened my editorial instincts and gave me a deep appreciation for how narratives shape culture and society.

In 2020, I pursued and completed a special Design Thinking course with Stanford Graduate School of Business. The experience transformed how I approach problem-solving and innovation. It taught me to apply empathy, creativity, and experimentation in building products, workflows, and solutions that are human-centered and scalable.

In 2025, I completed a Marketing certification at Kellogg School of Management, which strengthened my understanding of brand growth and customer centricity. It introduced me to advanced frameworks in growth strategy and market positioning, helping me think about audiences not just as consumers of content but as communities that can be nurtured with trust and innovation.

Together, these academic experiences shaped my worldview and continue to influence my leadership style, where strategy, creativity, and execution come together to create meaningful impact.

Personal Side

I grew up in Varanasi and now live in Noida with my wife Jaya and our three dogs, Coco, Mowgli, and Momo. Outside of work, I am passionate about cars, travel, and discovering little joys that balance the fast-moving digital life.
